A 27-year-old BASE jumper died Sunday after his wingsuit failed when he launched from a 700-foot perch in Utah, authorities said.

Gabe Reilly, 27, was a firefighter with the Salt Lake City fire department, which described him as being kind-hearted and his free-spirited by nature.
