Lupron is not a longterm treatment for endometriosis and even then, it’s not that great given its side effect profile. Lupron can lead to bone loss and we haven’t studied the extent of its effects on brain and heart health when it’s used longterm. I would get a second opinion, which is hard and you’re already so tired and doing a lot. But it’s your life and you deserve the best.
